Three individuals arrested, released facing charges

The Chilliwack RCMP Drug Unit are reporting today, March 4, 2025, about five search warrants leading to a drug seizure that, police say disrupts the drug supply for a "street level drug trafficking network."

This particular investigation began in October 2024 into a "drug trafficking group' believed to be operating out of Mission.

Over the course of several months, investigators gathered evidence which led Chilliwack drug squad officers to look into a suspected dial-a-dope line where they identified a number of suspects.

On Jan. 31, 2025, Chilliwack RCMP Drug and Crime Reduction Units, with the assistance of the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed five search warrants at three Mission residences and two vehicles.

The following was seized during the search:
• 173 grams of suspected cocaine;
• 34 grams of suspected crack cocaine;
• 3 grams of suspected methamphetamine;
• 4 firearms;
• $15,240.00 cash; and
• 2 vehicles, including a 2020 Tesla Model 3, and a 2004 Acura 1.7EL.

Three individuals were arrested and have since been released pending further investigation and charges.

"This seizure is another example of our commitment to keeping harmful drugs off our streets," said Insp. Bowerman, operations support officer for the RCMP's Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment. "Our officers will continue to take action and hold those involved in illegal activity accountable."
